This being Earth Day and all, we’ve decided to focus this week’s Covering Relix blog entry on the man who built himself a hybrid electric car, Mr. Neil Young. Back in August 2003, while touring with his Greendale project, Young (who is currently in the midst of a solo run) appeared on the cover of Relix.
