29:32 as rx’d + 10# on DL So, I would like to say I pulled a Chris Dunkin and added hgweit to make it more challenging. I would also like to say I decided to call Jon Hill out and challenge him to do more hgweit on this WOD. The reality is that 225 + 30 does not equal 245. Goal was sub 30 min so met the goal. For the record GHD were hand over head, but not touching floor. Just not up to that standard yet for 150 of em.
