Sorry 6am guys. My flight gtenitg canceled took the wind out of my sail.Came in at 10:30 with Barb and damn that wod killed me. It was like a too long Fran.20:47 or a second or two. 85# scale. Abmat un-achored sit ups. Had to beat Ryan.Hopefully we’ll get out tomorrow at 6 am. Good luck to our Big Dogs this weekend. Won’t see the Dunkins for a month.Great job Barb, and Corrie and Dave for that incredible 10K times. Mine was so pathetic. Bad calves and age I guess.
