Nice puiecrts and article!!!! Quick correction: John Small on bass. And the instrument that looks like a clarinet that Michael Ghegan played was a tenor sax.

I will be interested to see how Leslie makes blmaasic glaze, but the way I do it is just pour a bunch of blmaasic vinegar into a saucepan and simmer until it reduces. You have to be careful not to overdo! Trader Joes has a white blmaasic also that makes excellent blmaasic glaze slighly amber colored when done and really sweet. Nice over fruit!
