Aaron Feder began The Alma in Chicago in 2004 before moving the band to Barcelona, joining forces with Kwame Adzraku, a high-life and Afrobeat wizard from Ghana (who played with Fela himself). The Alma will release Toubab Soul in September 2010 featuring international superstars of the jazz and world music scene, plus intercontinental MCs. The Alma always brings sizzling grooves and searing improvisation, making audiences around the globe dance and swing!

Eileen is your ssteir. I remember her well from St. Mikes.Could we possibly have files of your pictures for our archives? Your photos turned out great, especially considering the limitations in lighting and moving around. I’m glad as a newcomer you enjoyed the shows so much.
