Playlist Description:
Here is the world premiere stream of the forthcoming album from Goodnight, Texas. The group will release their debut album A Long Life of Living on October 2. Goodnight, Texas draws on the songwriting of San Francisco’s Avi Vinocur and North Carolina’s Patrick Dyer Wolf, whose band name reflects the geographic midpoint between their respective homes. Their music strikes a balance as well, as they utilize simple, unadorned instrumentation from the nineteenth century, while writing from the perspective of twenty-first century. Goodnight, Texas, which also features bassist Jonathan Kirchner, drummer Andrew Laubacher, will touring steadily in support of the new record.
