The third annual Virgin Mobile Festival has confirmed its initial artist lineup. The gathering, which bills itself as “the largest music and arts festival on the East Coast,” is scheduled to take place at Baltimore, MD’s Pimlico Race Course from August 9-10. The gathering will feature an eclectic mix of headliners, including Foo Fighters, Nine Inch Nails, Stone Temple Pilots, and Jack Johnson, the latter of whom will also headline Coachella, Bonnaroo, All Points West and Outside Lands this summer. Stone Temple Pilots are preparing to tour for the first time in seven years this summer. The complete Virgin Mobile Festival line-up will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
