Last month Tool postponed its entire spring tour after drummer Danny Carey
tore a bicep. Now, the prog-metal band will hit the road in the weeks leading
up to Bonnaroo. The group will perform
at Reno, NV’s Event Center April 30, San Deigo’s Cox Arena May 2, Las Cruces,
NM’s Pan American Center May 5, Tucson, AZ’s Convention Center Arena May 6, Albuquerque,
NM’s Tingley Coliseum May 8, Southaven, MS’ DeSoto Center’s May 15, Oklahoma
City’s Ford Center May 19, San Antonio’s AT&T Center May 21, Corpus
Christi, TX’s American Bank Center May 22 and Baton Rouge, LA’s River Center
May 24. Fans who purchased tickets prior to Carey’s injury will be able to
exchange their tickets for a rescheduled performance. Tool is still expected to
co-headline Bonnaroo with the Police and Widespread Panic in June.
