Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello and hip-hop MC Boots Riley will hit the road together later this year. As previously reported, the strange bedfellows will perform together on November 3 as part of a Get Out the Vote concert alongside members of Pearl Jam. The politically minded musicians appeared together at both the DNC and the RNC earlier this year.

Morello and Riley will open their tour on November 1 at San Francisco’s The Fillmore. The performers will then hit markets across the country before bringing their outing to a close at New York’s The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza.

Riley is expected to play an acoustic set before Morello takes the stage, though one can safely assume the new friends will collaborate at some point throughout their run.
