After spending the past few years focusing on her solo
career, Jenny Lewis will revive her band Rilo Kiley this fall . The group will
release its next studio album, Under The
Blacklight, on August 21 and almost immediately after hit the road for an
extended headlining tour. Rilo Kiley will kick off its outing September 6 at San
Francisco, CA’s The Warfield, before making stops in Portland, OR (9/7), Seattle
(9/8), Orem, UT (9/10), Denver, CO (9/11), Columbia, MO (9/12), Omaha, NE
(9/13), Minneapolis, MN (9/14), Chicago (9/15), Royal Oak, MI (9/17), Toronto
(9/18), Montreal, QC (9/19), Boston (9/21), New York (9/22-23), Philadelphia
(9/25-26), Washington, DC (9/26-27), Asheville, NC (9/28), Atlanta (9/29), Ft
Lauderdale (10/1), Orlando, FL (10/2), New Orleans (10/4), Houston (10/5), Dallas
(10/6), Austin, TX (10/7), Tucson (10/9),Tempe, AZ (10/10), San Diego (10/12), Las
Vegas (10/13) and Santa Monica, CA (10/15).
In addition to Lewis, Rilo Kiley also features guitarist Blake Sennett, bassist
Pierre de Reeder, drummer Jason Boesel and steel guitarist Mike Bloom. Sennett
and Bloom moonlight in the California
indie-band The Elected.
