Comedy-rock duo Tenacious D will offer a series of west coast performances in February. The group, which features comedians/musicians Jack Black and Kyle Gass, will open its brief West Coast jaunt February 13 at Santa Barbara, CA’s Arlington Theater. The group is currently touring behind Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny, the soundtrack for their first film. The duo played a number of arenas and large theaters last November and December after the release of their film. Tenacious D, who appeared on the cover of the November issue of Relix, will spend the early part of the year touring Australia and New Zealand. The group’s west coast itinerary is as follows:

February 13 - Santa Barbara, CA - Arlington Theater
February 16 - Seattle, WA - Paramount Theater
February 19 - Portland, OR - Schnitzer Auditorium
February 20 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Queen Elizabeth Theater
