Reid Genauer is the latest performer to headline a Home by 9 concert
at New York’s Blue Water Grill. The after-work series is tailored for
professionals who can’t play by late-night club rules: Doors open at
5:30 PM, show and dinner start at 6, the performance is over by 8 and
you’re home by 9.
The Assembly of Dust frontman
will offer an acoustic set this Tuesday, October 21 in the restaurant’s
lush Jazz Room. Past Home by 9 performers have included Jonah Smith and
the Spin Doctors’ Chris Barron.
Genauer and the rest of
Assembly of Dust will close out 2008 with performances at Northampton,
MA’s Pearl Street Nightclub on December 30 and 31.
