Radiohead to Webcast In Rainbows on New Eve’s Eve

Radiohead will celebrate New Year’s Eve by performing all the songs included on its new disc, In Rainbows, for the first time. The commercial free, pre-taped performance will be broadcast on both Al Gore’s Current TV and Current.com at 12 AM GMT on December 31. The following day In Rainbows will hit stores in North America via TBD Recordings/ATO. The broadcast will replay throughout January 1.

The forward thinking group also surprised fans in November with an in-studio performance consisting of rare covers and new originals. Radiohead is expected to tour extensively in 2008.
