Radiohead
has confirmed the second leg of its first North American amphitheater tour in
five years. Though the influential English group played Bonnaroo and a handful
of theaters in 2006, the group has not hit the North American shed circuit
since 2003. As previously reported, Radiohead will hit the road this spring for
a series of shows, before heading across the pond for a series of European gigs
in June and July. Radiohead will then kick off an extended summer tour at Chicago's Lollapalooza
festival on August 1, before making stops in Noblesville, IN (8/3), Cuyahoga
Falls, OH (8/4), Montreal (8/6), Camden,
NJ (8/12), Mansfield, MA (8/13), Toronto (8/15), Vancouver (8/19) Auburn, WA (8/20), Los
Angeles (8/24-25), Chula Vista (8/27) and Santa Barbara, CA (8/28). Along the
way, the group will also appear at New Jersey’s
All Points West (8/8-9) and San Francisco’s Outside Lands (8/22). Grizzly Bear will open for
the group from August 3-15, while Liars will supply support duties from August 19-28.
