Foo Fighters will join past Relix cover subjects Pearl Jam and Flaming Lips at a VH1 tribute to The Who. The third installment in the popular VH1 Rock Honors series, the tribute will take place at Los Angeles’ Pauley Pavilion on July 12 and air on the music-centric channel on July 19. All three acts will nod to The Who that night, before the legendary rock group takes the stage for the evening’s grand finale. A handful of additional performers and presenters are expected to join the show’s line up in the coming weeks.

The influence of The Who will also be felt through spoken tributes, filmed packages and other presentations. In total, the event will last two-hours. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the efforts of multiple charities including The Teenage Cancer Trust, the Double O Charity, VH1 Save The Music Foundation and select VH1 Classic Rock Autism organizations.
