23-year-old alternative songwriter Newton Faulkner has released an exclusive, three-song U.S. EP through iTunes. The EP includes the songs “I Need Something,” “Dream Catch Me” and “People Should Smile More,” the latest by the double platinum-selling English songwriter. Faulkner released his debut album, Hand Built By Robots, in Europe last year and will bring the album to the states on April 29 through Aware/Columbia Records. Hand Built By Robots has already secured the Number One spot on the U.K. iTunes chart for six straight weeks. Faulkner will celebrate this summer by appearing at the Isle Of Wight Festival 2008 on June 14, the day before The Police headline the event. He’ll also open a U.S. tour at Philadelphia’s World Café live on April 5. Please click here to find the exclusive EP on iTunes.
