With the 2008 festival season looking more competitive than ever, Radio Woodstock and Warren Haynes have confirmed the initial details regarding their fourth annual Mountain Jam festival. The multi-band gathering will take place from May 30-June 1, 2008 in Hunter Mountain, NY. Since 2005 Mountain Jam has gradually expanded from a one day event into a three day festival, featuring such eclectic groups as Gov’t Mule, G. Love, My Morning Jacket, Medeski Martin and Wood, Mike Gordon, My Morning Jacket, the Duo, The Slip and Ozomatli, among others. Though this year’s lineup is still unknown, Warren Haynes’ band Gov’t Mule will almost certainly headline at least one of the festival’s evenings.
