As previously reported, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah’s second
studio album, Some Loud Thunder, will arrive on January 30. For fans who can’t wait that
long, the group will offer Some Loud Thunder
in mp3 form beginning January
16 at Insound. After the record hits stores, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah
will also send along a real-life copy of the record. The indie-rock
darlings
have
confirmed that their second album will include the following tracks:
“Some
Loud Thunder,” “Emily Jean Stock,” “Mama, Won't You Keep Them Castles
in the Air and Burning,” “Love Song No.7,” “Satan Said Dance,” “Upon
Encountering the Crippled Elephant,” “Goodbye to Mother and the
Cove,” “Arm and Hammer,” “Yankee Go Home,” “Underwater (You and
Me),” and “Five Easy Pieces.” Both "Satan Said Dance" and
"Underwater (You and Me)" are currently streaming on the group’s MySpace page. Clap
Your
Hands Say Yeah will ring in 2007 at New
York’s Hammerstein Ballroom.
